Daily yoga practice (Mon-Fri).
1 hour (1-2-1) coaching per week with Davinia.

Ayurvedic medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the world's oldest holistic (whole-body) healing systems.
It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India.
It's based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
Ayurvedic medicine remains one of India’s traditional health care systems.
Ayurvedic treatment combines products (mainly derived from plants, but may also include animal, metal, and mineral) with diet, exercise, and lifestyle.
Dr. Adil is a two-time awarded doctor, an international practitioner, speaker, educator and advocate in the field of Ayurveda.
He graduated from the prestigious RGUHS, India.
Having chosen this path specifically to offer Ayurvedic treatments in its best original form, he offers his expertise for chronic health conditions like skin conditions, neuromuscular disorders, musculoskeletal disorders & developmental disorders.
He is leading a health revolution using Ayurveda to support longevity, energy, mental clarity, happiness, and so much more.
Davinia is currently moderating and assisting Dr. Adil on a 10 month online Ayurveda course. She has been studying Ayurveda for more than one year. She has been a Hatha yoga teacher for 7 years and now specialises in Yoga Therapy, as a healing practice for conditions like scoliosis, spondylitis, osteoporosis, arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. (She manages her own psoriatic arthritis condition with yoga & nutrition).
