Class passes & bundles are non-refundable, non-transferable and adhere to the expiration dates.
To cancel a pre-booked class, please use our booking system (Gymcatch) at least 12 hours before the class starts, or you will be charged.
With less notice, in exceptional circumstances, a substitution of classes is subject to availability and at our discretion - please contact Davinia (call or WhatsApp 07446692309).
Workshops may be cancelled up to 7 days before, and courses up to 14 days before to receive a full refund.
(With less notice, or at any time, you may transfer your workshop or course booking to another person, but you must contact us via email with full details).
For all private classes we require a minimum of 24-hours' notice, or you will be charged the full amount.
If we have to cancel a class, workshop or course you will be refunded in full.
